Some of our products ship via boat, other by air. As we use third parties for shipping, this part of the process is out of our hands. Some products will take longer than others.

Know this though, the people handling your products want to get it you as fast as possible.

Refund & Exchange

Wonder how you purchased your product at an extremely good price?
Its because we have cut out the middle man. We source the product straight from the manufacturer and deliver it to your door.
We have a 10 day refund policy. If your product is faulty simply send the product back to us within 10 days and we will refund your purchase. We don't like doing it but hey, sometimes stuff breaks.
